2015年12月由湖南省發展與改革委員會批準組建成立大型復雜人機系統人誤預警技術湖南省工程實驗室由湖南工學院牽頭、北京津發科技股份有限公司、大唐華銀電力股份有限公司、嶺澳核電有限公司、嶺東核電有限公司共同組建。
大型復雜(za)人(ren)(ren)(ren)機系統人(ren)(ren)(ren)誤預警技(ji)術(shu)(shu)湖(hu)南(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)驗室是(shi)整合設立于湖(hu)南(nan)工(gong)學院的國(guo)(guo)家(jia)能(neng)源局核(he)電運(yun)營(ying)及壽命管理技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)中心-安全人(ren)(ren)(ren)因(yin)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)驗室、人(ren)(ren)(ren)因(yin)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)驗室湖(hu)南(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)產學研(yan)(yan)創新平(ping)(ping)臺與數字化工(gong)業系統人(ren)(ren)(ren)誤分析(xi)及其控制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)校級重點實(shi)(shi)驗室等平(ping)(ping)臺,于2015年(nian)12月由湖(hu)南(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)發(fa)展與改革委員會批準組建成立。實(shi)(shi)驗室主任由國(guo)(guo)內(nei)著名人(ren)(ren)(ren)因(yin)安全專家(jia)張力(li)教(jiao)授擔任,同時聘(pin)任了(le)清華大學、上海交(jiao)通大學、東南(nan)大學、國(guo)(guo)家(jia)核(he)安全中心、航天員科(ke)研(yan)(yan)訓練中心、中廣核(he)集(ji)團與國(guo)(guo)際人(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)工(gong)效學聯合會IEA等國(guo)(guo)內(nei)外(wai)高校科(ke)研(yan)(yan)院所(suo)與大型企業人(ren)(ren)(ren)因(yin)安全領域知(zhi)名專家(jia)10多人(ren)(ren)(ren)擔任實(shi)(shi)驗室學術(shu)(shu)委員。
實(shi)驗室目(mu)前在(zai)學校與(yu)(yu)(yu)合(he)作企(qi)業擁有1800余(yu)平(ping)米實(shi)驗測(ce)試(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)研發場地,擁有實(shi)驗測(ce)試(shi)設備300多臺套,價值(zhi)1000多萬元,在(zai)現有的基礎人(ren)(ren)(ren)因工程測(ce)試(shi)、運動(dong)(dong)捕捉與(yu)(yu)(yu)動(dong)(dong)作分析、生物肌電(dian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)腦(nao)認知電(dian)位、眼動(dong)(dong)測(ce)試(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)分析、作業行為及(ji)可靠性(xing)分析、人(ren)(ren)(ren)體建模(mo)與(yu)(yu)(yu)仿(fang)真與(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)機環(huan)(huan)綜合(he)測(ce)試(shi)等(deng)實(shi)驗平(ping)臺,建設期內(nei)擬與(yu)(yu)(yu)共(gong)建單位聯合(he)投資1500多萬元共(gong)建人(ren)(ren)(ren)因數(shu)據挖掘(jue)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)其應用(yong)基地、復(fu)雜(za)人(ren)(ren)(ren)機系統(tong)(tong)(tong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)-機-環(huan)(huan)可靠性(xing)測(ce)試(shi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),以及(ji)復(fu)雜(za)人(ren)(ren)(ren)機系統(tong)(tong)(tong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)誤預警系統(tong)(tong)(tong)集(ji)成中試(shi)平(ping)臺及(ji)其工程應用(yong)示范(fan)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)。
實驗(yan)室(shi)以大(da)(da)(da)規(gui)模復雜(za)(za)人(ren)(ren)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(如電力(li)企(qi)業、大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)制(zhi)造業等)人(ren)(ren)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)據采集、人(ren)(ren)因(yin)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)分析與(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)誤(wu)(wu)預(yu)警技(ji)(ji)術(shu)領(ling)域的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養、新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)、產(chan)業化關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)集成(cheng)推廣為(wei)目標(biao);實驗(yan)室(shi)目前主要開(kai)展面(mian)向大(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)據的(de)(de)大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)復雜(za)(za)人(ren)(ren)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)人(ren)(ren)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)據采集技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、基(ji)于大(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)據的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)據挖(wa)掘與(yu)(yu)管理技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)復雜(za)(za)人(ren)(ren)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)人(ren)(ren)誤(wu)(wu)預(yu)測與(yu)(yu)預(yu)警技(ji)(ji)術(shu)三大(da)(da)(da)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)聯(lian)合攻關(guan),及其工程(cheng)(cheng)化設(she)備產(chan)品(pin)與(yu)(yu)軟硬系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)。實驗(yan)室(shi)中長期愿(yuan)景是構建起我國(guo)大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)復雜(za)(za)人(ren)(ren)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)人(ren)(ren)因(yin)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)分析與(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)誤(wu)(wu)預(yu)警領(ling)域技(ji)(ji)術(shu)創新體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),形成(cheng)我國(guo)“大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)復雜(za)(za)人(ren)(ren)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)人(ren)(ren)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)據采集分析與(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)誤(wu)(wu)預(yu)警”關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)與(yu)(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)指標(biao)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)自(zi)主研(yan)(yan)發(fa)、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集成(cheng)和工程(cheng)(cheng)化驗(yan)證能力(li)及其創新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)培養儲備,進一步(bu)推動我國(guo)大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)復雜(za)(za)人(ren)(ren)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)運行風險評估與(yu)(yu)控制(zhi)領(ling)域工程(cheng)(cheng)應(ying)用的(de)(de)發(fa)展,為(wei)大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)復雜(za)(za)企(qi)業的(de)(de)安全、高效與(yu)(yu)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)運行提供強有(you)力(li)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)支持(chi)。
