20世紀70年(nian)(nian)代末和(he)(he)80年(nian)(nian)代初,在(zai)錢學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)森(sen)倡(chang)導(dao)下(xia)我國(guo)興起(qi)一股(gu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)和(he)(he)運用(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)理(li)論的(de)(de)熱潮(chao)。航天醫(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)在(zai)錢學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)森(sen)親(qin)自(zi)指(zhi)導(dao)下(xia)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與(yu)運用(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)理(li)論。陳信(xin)和(he)(he)龍升照結合(he)自(zi)己的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)實踐(jian),分(fen)(fen)析(xi)與(yu)運用(yong)(yong)國(guo)內外(wai)有(you)關(guan)(guan)資料,于(yu)(yu)1981年(nian)(nian)寫成(cheng)《人(ren)(ren)(ren)-機-環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue))概論》,論述(shu)這(zhe)一科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)領域的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)范圍,著重(zhong)(zhong)論述(shu)在(zai)武(wu)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)和(he)(he)意義。因(yin)為(wei)(wei)武(wu)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)必須(xu)有(you)人(ren)(ren)(ren)操縱控(kong)制(zhi),而(er)且處于(yu)(yu)各種特定環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)之下(xia)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、武(wu)器(qi)(qi)、環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)之間總是相互(hu)(hu)關(guan)(guan)聯而(er)存在(zai)的(de)(de),因(yin)此,武(wu)器(qi)(qi)只有(you)同人(ren)(ren)(ren)密切結合(he)才能充分(fen)(fen)發揮戰(zhan)斗力(li)。如(ru)何正確處理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、武(wu)器(qi)(qi)、環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)之間的(de)(de)相互(hu)(hu)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)是提(ti)高(gao)武(wu)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)作(zuo)戰(zhan)性能的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)課題,而(er)武(wu)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)-機-環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)這(zhe)一新的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)正是系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、(人(ren)(ren)(ren)機)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)醫(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)體科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)以及計算機科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)(deng)基礎上發展與(yu)形成(cheng)的(de)(de),主要(yao)(yao)(yao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)潛力(li)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)-機關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)-環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)之間的(de)(de)信(xin)息傳遞、加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)(he)最(zui)佳(jia)匹配(pei),確定最(zui)優組合(he)方(fang)式,為(wei)(wei)武(wu)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)在(zai)方(fang)案(an)決策、研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)生產(chan)以及訓練使用(yong)(yong)等(deng)(deng)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)達到安(an)全(quan)、高(gao)效和(he)(he)經濟的(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)效能。這(zhe)一科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)論不但把航天醫(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)醫(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)結合(he)的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)任(ren)務連結起(qi)來(lai),特別是對各類軍事作(zuo)業(ye)與(yu)武(wu)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)更有(you)突出的(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意義,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)這(zhe)一時(shi)期完(wan)成(cheng)各項(xiang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)任(ren)務總的(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)思想,對今后的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)也有(you)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),受到國(guo)防(fang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)領導(dao)重(zhong)(zhong)視(shi)。1984年(nian)(nian)國(guo)防(fang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)正式成(cheng)立(li)“人(ren)(ren)(ren)-機-環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專業(ye)標準化技術委(wei)員(yuan)會”,負(fu)責(ze)指(zhi)導(dao)與(yu)制(zhi)定國(guo)防(fang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)技術標準的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。幾年(nian)(nian)來(lai)已有(you)數十項(xiang)軍用(yong)(yong)標準研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)與(yu)建立(li)起(qi)來(lai)。1987年(nian)(nian)國(guo)防(fang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)又組建“人(ren)(ren)(ren)-機-環(huan)(huan)境(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專業(ye)組”,隸屬于(yu)(yu)國(guo)防(fang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技委(wei),負(fu)責(ze)全(quan)軍有(you)關(guan)(guan)方(fang)面的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),在(zai)軍內外(wai)有(you)40余家科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)機構承擔(dan)著這(zhe)方(fang)面的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),不斷出現新的(de)(de)成(cheng)果(guo)。
